What Currency Will I Be Charged In?
All orders are displayed and charged in AUD. For international customers, your conversion rate will be determined by your payment provider.

Is My Watch Waterproof?
ALLGRY watches are 3ATM, which means they are not waterproof, but are water resistant to light splashes and light moisture. Ensure you keep your watch out of water to prevent voiding your warranty.

How do I care for my watch?
To get the most out of your ALLGRY watch, we suggest you avoid contact with water, moisture or extreme heat. Our straps are made of genuine leather and therefore the colour may fade over time. This is normal! Just treat your watch with love and you will enjoy it for years to come.

Why haven’t I received my confirmation email?
Make sure you check all your email folders including Junk. If you’re still having trouble, contact us by emailing info@allgry.com and we’ll sort it out with you.

Can I edit the details of my order after it has been placed?
Email us immediately at info@allgry.com with what details you would liked changed. We will attempt to accommodate you. However if your order has already been dispatched unfortunately there won’t be much that we can do.
