If you are unhappy with our product or service please let us know right away by emailing us at info@allgry,com. We welcome all feedback and if there is an issue that’s causing you upset we would like to sort it out with you right away!
To be eligible to return a product for exchange or refund, it must be in the same condition as you received it; in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
You have 14 days to get your refund or exchange, simply email us at email@example.com and include the following information:
* Your full name
* Order number and proof of purchase (ie invoice or order confirmation)
* Your reason for wanting to return the product
* Photos for us to assess that you are eligible for returns
* Whether you would like a refund or exchange (if you decide to exchange, tell us which product you would like to exchange it for)
Please note that sale items and personalised items (Such as personalised monogrammed products) do not qualify for exchange or refund. You are also responsible for the shipping costs and ship at your own risk.
