Warranty Policy by ALLGRY
Our products are made with quality and are built to last. We offer a one year warrant on all of our products. So if you feel like you’ve received a faulty product, please contact us so we can sort it out for you.
Please note that warranty does not cover batteries, glass or straps. Nor does it cover damage as a result of improper care, accidents or general wear and tear. Ensure you understand that our watches are not covered under warranty as a result from contact with water or moisture. Our watches are 3ATM which means they can sustain light splashes or moisture but are not to be submerged in water.
If you feel that you have received a watch with a manufacturing defect, please email us at email@example.com. Include the following information in your email:
* Your full name
* Order number and proof of purchase (ie invoice or order confirmation)
* Photos and description of the fault you have identified with the product
* Whether you would like a refund or exchange (if you decide to exchange, tell us whether you would like the same product again or a different one)
We will review this for you as soon as possible and provide further information for what action to take next.
If the product is determined to be faulty after being reviewed, we will replace it with a brand new one for you immediately or provide a full refund.
